Welcome to explore different sports and find inspiration for winter exercise! Gain new ideas for your daily life or deepen your skills with the guidance of experienced sports instructors. Duration and the number of activities can be customized based on group size, budget, and preferences. Available throughout Finland!

Choose your preferred activity or combination of activities for your group. We’re happy to make you an offer for the activities you desire – whether it’s a snowshoeing trip for 10 people or a team-building day for 500. Contact us! The price is determined based on the chosen number of activities, group size, and duration. Depending on the location, activities can start right from the doorstep or we can arrange transportation to the venue.

Activities vary based on the location and snow conditions – during snowless times, we also offer “summer activities.”

  • snowshoeing (easygoing basic fitness exercise in snowy landscapes)
  • OAC sliding snowshoes (innovative Finnish equipment that combines skis and snowshoes. Try and be amazed!)
  • curling (gentlemanly and tactical tournament on natural ice or a frozen playing field)
  • fatbike (popular wide-tire mountain bikes that work well on snow)
  • archery (instinctive shooting with recurve bows, suitable for snowless times, not for extreme cold)
  • geocaching (explore this worldwide hobby using a smartphone app or borrowed GPS devices)
  • ultimate (fast-paced team sport, aiming to get a frisbee into the opponent’s goal area)
  • snow floorball (fast and fun team game, where sometimes nobody knows where the ball is. Guaranteed to get your heart racing.)
  • kickbike (relaxed, fun, and extremely effective exercise, best during snowless times)
  • frisbee golf (instruction and familiarization with the game on a short course)
  • kettlebell (learn effective movements for your everyday life!)
  • cross circuit (diverse full-body circuit training, mostly bodyweight exercises)
  • HIIT (guaranteed sweat and heavy breathing, short and intense 20-30 min workout + warm-up and cool-down)
  • pole walking (energetic walking with poles, effective basic fitness exercise)
  • fast scoop (Finnish team game, fun and fast-paced! Equipment includes a soft ball and scoop rackets.)

And indoors depending on the venue:

  • dynamic stretching & relaxation (gentle mobility and relaxation for mind and body)
  • stress management through relaxation exercises (includes a written example exercise) -foam roller (body maintenance through foam rolling)
  • gold panning (meditative activity where you get to keep any gold you find! Includes authentic gold from Lemmenjoki.)
  • yoga (beginner-friendly yoga class for body and mind harmony)
  • team sports (indoor games, e.g., floorball, volleyball, basketball, fast scoop)
