Tour de Helsinki is an engaging and entertaining walking tour combined with a fun mobile quiz that takes you on a tour of Helsinki’s most interesting attractions and stunning sea views.
The goal for participants/teams is to gather as many golden coins (points) as possible by answering questions along the way. Correct answers increase the score, while incorrect ones decrease it. Easy, right?!
The questions are related to Helsinki with interesting details about the city, but just common basic knowledge can also take you far in this fun quiz.
You can choose between two routes, the western or the eastern one. The walking distance is 4-7 km, depending on the route and possible modifying. The overall duration is 1,5 -3 hours (possible to modify upon wishes).
Walking pace doesn´t affect to the results/ranking so teams can choose their pace, but when arriving to the question, you only have 90 seconds to answer…
The teams will be provided with tablets, but we recommend using own smartphones primarily for their compact size while enjoying a walk around the city.
The activity can also be conducted remotely, where we provide your group instructions and game-specific passwords via email in advance. This way, you can start playing at a time that suits you best. You’ll see the results at the end of the game, and if desired, we`ll send you a summary via email after the game is completed by all teams.
Alternatively, our instructor can be present with tablets, in which case we’ll arrange a specific starting time, and our instructor will provide your group with an initial briefing.
