Summer sports activities

Welcome to explore nature and sports activities! Get new ideas or enhance your skills with guidance from our experienced sports instructors.

Choose your favorite sport or combination of sports for your group. We are happy to help you – whether it’s a 10 persons SUP lesson or a 1000 persons teambuilding day. Get in touch! The price is determined by the number of selected activities, group size, location and duration. Depending on the location, activities can take place right outside the front door, or we can arrange transportation to the venue. The selection of activities can vary based on the location. No prior experience needed. Our professional guides will take you safely through basics.

  • Paddling (kayaks/canoes/giant canoes)
  • Stand-Up Paddling (a wide range from beginner-friendly SUP boards to high-performance racing boards)
  • Church Boat Rowing (up to 14 participants in one boat, multiple boats available)
  • Windsurfing Intro (max 4-6 participants at a time)
  • Archery (includes also not so serious competition)
  • Geocaching (explore the worldwide hobby)
  • Ultimate (a fast-paced team sport where the goal is to get the frisbee into the opponent’s end zone)
  • Grass Floorball (a fast and fun team sport, guaranteed to get you sweating)
  • Fatbiking (the popular wide-tire mountain bikes roll easily on every surfice)
  • Kickbiking (fun and surprisingly efficient exercise)
  • Forest Mindfulness (a walking excursion combined with mindfulness practice in the forest)
  • Frisbee Golf (introduction on throws and to the sport)
  • Kettlebell Training (learn easy and effective fitness moves for your daily routine)
  • Cross Circuit (versatile circuit training for the whole body, mainly bodyweight exercises)
  • HIIT (guaranteed to make you sweat and catch your breath, 20-30-minute workout with warm-up and cool-down)
  • Fast scoop (a Finnish team game, fun and fast-paced! Equipment includes a small soft ball and scoops)
  • Dynamic stretching / Yoga (gentle mobility and relaxation for the mind and body).
  • Relaxation exercises (sometimes this is all you need)
  • Foam roller (body maintenance with foam rollers)
  • Gold panning (a meditative activity where any gold found can, of course, be kept! Genuine gold from Lapland included)
  • Nordic Walking (brisk walking in forest terrain or around the meeting venue’s surroundings)
