Murder Mystery at medieval Turku Castle – a team activity based on historical stories.
December 20th, year 1558.
As the rooster crowed for the first time on the nearby knight’s estate, there was already a buzz within the walls of Turku Castle. The servants hurried through the corridors with their loads, the scent of freshly baked bread wafted from the castle kitchen, and the beers from the castle’s own brewery were almost ready for service.
Young John, named the Duke of Finland, the son of Gustav Vasa, nervously walks the recently renovated corridors of the main castle. He lets his gaze linger on the refurbished room decor. Finally, the castle’s restoration work has reached a point where it’s time to celebrate, and it’s also his 20th birthday today. The cream of the crop and the dignitaries from the surrounding area have been invited to the ball. Hopefully, everything will go well…
However, the course of the evening takes the worst possible turn; one of the guests is found murdered.
What exactly happened, who is the culprit and most importantly – which of the detective teams will solve the mystery before it’s too late…!?
