Other Considerations
Weather conditions are not a valid reason for cancelling an outdoor program except at the organizer’s discretion. If natural conditions make it impossible or dangerous to carry out the agreed program, the organizer has the right to cancel the program. In this case, the cancellation fee is 0 eur. Alternate programs will be negotiated separately, and different, case-specific terms will apply to their invoicing.
Participation in sports or physical activities under the influence of alcohol or other substances is prohibited for safety reasons. The organizer has the right to deny participation in a specific activity or program without compensation if the participant is intoxicated.
We hope that participants will have valid accident insurance either provided by their employer or personally, depending on the nature of the event. For risk categories classified by insurance companies, we will negotiate separate, event- or activity-specific insurances as needed. Our guides will provide activity-specific instructions for safe conduct, and we expect participants to ensure they understand and follow these instructions. Compliance with the provided guidance is the responsibility of the participant.
Fenix Adventures Ltd. /Fenix Ohjelmapalvelut Oy (Business ID 2093370-5) has a statutory liability insurance.
A safety document will be created for each event, which will also be provided to the client upon request.
We hope the client/contact person will provide sufficient information to participants about appropriate attire for the weather and general preparedness for the outdoor program. This will help ensure a successful event.
